Welcome to The Green Witch Homestead! We’re a small family farm located in Black Forest, Colorado at 7500’ elevation. We’ve been growing hardneck garlic since 2017 and are in our fourth season selling our garlic and garlic products to the public. We grow our garlic naturally without the use of chemicals, with each seed planted and tended by hand over nine months.

Our garlic scapes are available late June through early July for bulk purchase. Our cured garlic, black garlic and garlic products are available beginning in September. Check out our events page to know where to find us.
